In 2003 I graduated from a tech school in St. Louis and have been an electrician ever since.
Gratefully, I was immediately hired by a local electrical contractor who was willing to take a chance on a kid who had just gotten out of school. Lucky for me, that company had excellent mentors who showed me the ropes and set me on the right path for success as an electrician.
After over a decade there, the economy forced a downsize so a co-worker and I went out on our own. Turns out we were drumming up a lot of customers, so I decided to obtain my electrical license.
In 2013 I passed the exam and became a Master Electrician. I immediately put my license to work as an entrepreneur and established Positive Energy Electrical Contractors, LLC in 2016. It was a successful enterprise and we were growing at a rapid pace when my wife was diagnosed with cancer. In an effort to make space for her healing, we slowed the company to a crawl.
When you have some down time, you can hear nudges. Tiffany and I heard the calling to slow down on a more permanent level and decided to purchase some property in Arcadia, MO as a place to unwind on the weekends. Turns out, we were thinking much more permanent! After dealing with cancer, we realized just how volatile life can be. So we easily decided to move to the country fulltime.
In the nearly 5 years we've been in Arcadia, we've built a successful hospitality business, which Tiffany operates.
Being an electrician at heart, I realized it was time for me to get back out there and serve my community with my knowledge and experience in the electric industry and provide opportunities to aspiring electricians.
I look forward to meeting you,
